• Microphone permission to record, Screen Recording permission to capture system audio
• No account, no sign-up, no telemetry

Installing

1. 1Download the DMG and drag Perchnote into your Applications folder.
2. 2First launch: macOS may warn about an app from the internet. Open it once from Finder (right click, then Open) to clear that.
3. 3The setup guide walks you through permissions and a five-second test recording. You are ready.
