`F6` / `Shift+F6`	Cycle panes forward and back (list, notes, transcript)
`Up` / `Down`	Move through the meeting list

Capture

`Cmd+D`	Mark this moment (timestamped chip)
`Cmd+Shift+D`	Quote the last thing said into your notes
`Cmd+T`	Open the transcript drawer
`Cmd+\`	Toggle focus mode
`Cmd+B`	Toggle the sidebar
`Cmd+Enter`	Toggle the checkbox at the cursor

Slash commands (type / in the note editor): Heading 1/2/3, Bulleted list, Numbered list, Task list, Quote, Divider, Code block, Callout (info, warn, tip), and Toggle. Each has shorthand aliases, for example h1, ul, todo, code, hr.
