Slack sharing

Send a finished meeting summary to a Slack channel using an incoming webhook, no OAuth required.

Send a finished meeting summary to a Slack channel. Perchnote uses a Slack incoming webhook for this.

  1. In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel you want to post to. Slack gives you a webhook URL.
  2. Paste that URL into Perchnote's settings. It is stored in the macOS Keychain.
  3. From a meeting, share to Slack and the summary gets posted to that channel.

Because it is a webhook, there is no Slack login or OAuth dance. One URL, one channel.
