Calendar sync (Google, Microsoft, ICS)
Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or any ICS feed so Perchnote can see your meetings and match recordings to events.
Connect a calendar so Perchnote can see your upcoming meetings and match recordings to events. Set this up under Settings, then Calendar.
Google Calendar. Connects over OAuth with read-only access to your events. Perchnote never modifies your calendar. You provide an OAuth client ID and secret; the secret and your tokens are kept in the Keychain.
Microsoft Outlook. Same idea, over OAuth against Microsoft's Graph API. Read-only.
ICS feeds. For any calendar that publishes an ICS URL (lots of corporate and third-party calendars do), paste the feed URL and Perchnote reads it. Read-only by nature.
Sync window. For all three, you control how far back and forward Perchnote looks. Defaults are 7 days in the past and 30 days ahead.
Auto meeting detection. Perchnote scans your events for meeting links (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex, and others) so it can recognize when you are in a real meeting and tie the recording to the right event.
