Chat and Ask AI
Press Cmd+J to open Ask AI and have a conversation with your meeting, including mid-recording against the partial transcript.
Press Cmd+J to open Ask AI. This is a conversational overlay that can answer questions about your meeting, pull out details, draft follow-ups, and reason over the transcript and notes. It works mid-meeting too, against the partial transcript so far, and it will tell you when it is working from incomplete information rather than pretending it has the whole picture.
Ask AI uses the same provider you configured for notes.
Cited answers. Ask AI cites its sources the same way Enhance does. Click a ▸ m:ss chip in any answer and playback jumps to the exact moment in the recording the answer came from.
Filter grammar in queries. The same filter grammar that powers the search bar also works inside Ask AI questions: speaker:amy, folder:work, before:2025-09-01, after:2025-08-01, quoted phrases like "launch price", and trailing-* prefix matching like budg*. So you can ask "what did speaker:"Sam" say about "pricing" after:2025-06-01?" and Ask AI will scope itself accordingly.
A note on slash commands. Inside the note editor, typing / opens a menu of formatting blocks, not AI commands. These shape your document:
/Heading 1,/Heading 2,/Heading 3for section headings/Bulleted list,/Numbered list,/Task list(checkboxes)/Quote,/Divider,/Code block/Calloutin info, warning, or tip styles/Togglefor a collapsible block
So / is for structuring notes, and Cmd+J is for talking to the AI. Two different things.
